A Three Tier Wedding Cake With White Chocolate Slates
This wedding cake had the bottom tier made of a rich Belgian chocolate cake with a Bailey's ganache and chocolate fudge filling. The middle and top tier were a moist Madeira filled with a fresh raspberry jam, and a light vanilla buttercream. All three tiers were stacked and covered with a white chocolate ganache and finished with white Belgian chocolate jaggered slates. Hand made shells in delicate shades of ivory, pinks and blues were attached to give a beach theme.
